TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the condition of hire of Classy Car Hire. They form the basis of the contract under which the company agrees to hire its vehicle to the customer (Hein after call the Hirer). The hirer acts on behalf of all the passengers travelling in the vehicle. The hirer is responsible for the actions of all passengers on board and any costs incurred during the contract, whether or not they actually travel with the party.
Quotations are given on the basis of the information provided by the hirer and are valid for 7 days. All prices are valid at time of quotation. Any alterations to the contract must be confirmed and agreed by the company or by the chauffeur. This may lead to further charges to the original contract. Any additional charges will be the hirer’s responsibility and must be paid in cash. Please note once the invoice is sent via post/fax or email you have 7 days to to confirm the booking. Prices may change after after the 7 day period.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
A deposit of 25% (min £100) is requires to secure the booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to travel. The deposit, balance or full payments can be made by cash, cheque or BACS transfer. If you are paying by cheque or BACS you must allow time for funds to be clear.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If the hirer cancels the contract within 48 hours of the agreed hire date, the entire sum agreed will be payable. 50% is payable for cancellations between 2 – 7 days. Deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing. The company will not accept cancellation by telephone.
BREAKDOWN & DELAY
Every effort will be made to provide the vehicle ordered to arrive in good time. The company will not be responsible for any consequential loss caused by any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control i.e. breakdown, severe weather, traffic incidents, traffic congestions etc. In such case the hirer will be contacted as soon as possible. In the event where a vehicle cannot arrive for the booking as a result, every effort will be made to offer the hirer a full refund.
The company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
